Warranty claim denied by Luxury Suites Hotels

On May 24, 1973, I signed up for Luxury Suites Hotels's training session at their Stammshire, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $988.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deshawn W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
