Warranty claim denied by RoyalCash

On May 7, 1979, I signed up for RoyalCash's upgrade service at their West Caleighstad, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $708.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michaela Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
