I purchased a tool from NationalWealth on December 9, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bette N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
