I am writing regarding order #ORD-6298-CZE-8423 placed with NationalWealth on April 9, 1978. I paid $202.31 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janae G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
