Account access issues with Prime Cash

I purchased a system from Prime Cash on July 17, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Julio R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
