Billing dispute with Heritage Money Brokers Enterprises

On September 20, 1998, I signed up for Heritage Money Brokers Enterprises's maintenance program at their North Tessberg, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $236.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Haylee S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
