Prime-Builders refused to address issue

On December 15, 1980, I signed up for Prime-Builders's warranty service at their Manntown, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $188.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nettie R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
