Homes Team failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1456-YGT-3410 placed with Homes Team on March 26, 1988. I paid $202.20 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Desiree G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
