Misleading advertising by Ultimate Homes International

On November 10, 1980, I signed up for Ultimate Homes International's installation service at their North Oranfurt, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $896.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tatyana H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
