I want to report a serious concern with RoyalVenture's appliance that I purchased on June 24, 2011 from your West Chyna, Massachusetts store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tia N., but my issue remains unresolved.
