False promises made by Master Manufacturing representative

I want to report a serious concern with Master Manufacturing's appliance that I purchased on August 25, 1979 from your New Jazmynemouth, Tennessee store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Leora Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
