I have been a loyal customer of Master Manufacturing for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8557-DJW-3970) on August 27, 1986, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
