Refund refused by Tranquil Accommodations Getaways Sengkang Ltd.

On April 12, 2000, I signed up for Tranquil Accommodations Getaways Sengkang Ltd.'s installation service at their Lake Freemanville, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $404.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rocio T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
