Billing dispute with PremierTreasury Ltd.

On November 29, 1979, I signed up for PremierTreasury Ltd.'s delivery service at their Durganstad, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $403.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Enos Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
