Frustrated with PremierTreasury Ltd.'s lack of response

On November 23, 2011, I signed up for PremierTreasury Ltd.'s upgrade service at their Lake Dellaview, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $477.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alyson P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
