I purchased a item from Secure & Services Holdings on November 23, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cierra I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
