Hidden fees discovered from Secure & Services Holdings

On August 19, 2007, I signed up for Secure & Services Holdings's upgrade service at their Andersonville, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $614.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Malinda U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
