I want to report a serious concern with Residence at Crystal Kazan's package that I purchased on January 13, 2023 from your Lake Catherine, Nevada store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Renee E., but my issue remains unresolved.
