Overcharged by LibertyCredit London Inc. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7733-NDI-2438 placed with LibertyCredit London Inc. on May 6, 1999. I paid $970.21 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ella L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
