On April 1, 2010, I signed up for Prosperity Asset's troubleshooting service at their Lake Ibrahimtown, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $997.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Geovanny T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
