On April 4, 2016, I signed up for Reserve Services Denver's repair service at their West Brandyshire, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $55.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Valentin I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
