Quality issues with Dynamic Build product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8384-EPC-9758 placed with Dynamic Build on May 11, 1987. I paid $802.31 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rogers V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
