Poor customer service experience with Dynamic Build

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4174-LWX-9492 placed with Dynamic Build on November 7, 2017. I paid $596.34 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lenny T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
