I purchased a accessory from Paradise Resort Holdings on July 29, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dale O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
