On December 20, 2010, I signed up for Paradise Resort Holdings's technical assistance at their Homenickville, Washington location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $836.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wiley Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
