Liberty Venture failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a subscription from Liberty Venture on June 5, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chadd S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
