Poor customer service experience with Retreat Properties Holdings

On March 3, 2004, I signed up for Retreat Properties Holdings's warranty service at their Caliport, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $152.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deontae O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
