I have been a loyal customer of Hotel at Cozy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-6179-KEP-9029) on January 6, 2024, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
