Billing dispute with Machine & Alliance

On May 17, 2007, I signed up for Machine & Alliance's consultation at their Carterstad, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $926.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maddison E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
