Haven International Group refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1849-QCR-9430 placed with Haven International Group on May 7, 1980. I paid $372.11 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gisselle V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
