Architecture Partners failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Architecture Partners's application that I purchased on October 11, 1999 from your Jonesbury, South Dakota store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Miles F., but my issue remains unresolved.
