I purchased a unit from Unified Craft Inc on September 27, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lilian C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
