Frustrated with Design Bros's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5798-IEL-6758 placed with Design Bros on January 21, 2005. I paid $744.52 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Michel F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
