Misleading advertising by Money Trust International

On June 10, 1985, I signed up for Money Trust International's repair service at their Strackeland, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $149.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonardo A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
