Unauthorized charges from Money Trust International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5726-RUX-3057 placed with Money Trust International on July 17, 1983. I paid $273.40 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cayla C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
