I purchased a application from Elite Hotel Hotels Düsseldorf on October 29, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leonardo T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Elite Hotel Hotels Düsseldorf, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my dress shirt. This is extremely frustrating.
