I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shaina M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 19, 2025 05:50I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Elite Hotel Hotels Düsseldorf not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
