I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic Works & Sons Daegu's equipment that I purchased on April 30, 2017 from your South Melvinfurt, Maryland store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mckenna J., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate Dynamic Works & Sons Daegu reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement vacuum cleaner has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
