I want to report a serious concern with United-Craft's accessory that I purchased on April 11, 2000 from your Port Victorberg, Wyoming store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marcos D., but my issue remains unresolved.
