I am writing regarding order #ORD-8890-RXG-9050 placed with Luxury Accommodations & Luxury on December 5, 1992. I paid $338.70 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ansley V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
