I want to report a serious concern with Luxury Accommodations & Luxury's equipment that I purchased on December 1, 1999 from your Hartmannbury, Missouri store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jorge C., but my issue remains unresolved.
