On November 6, 1987, I signed up for Design Bros Dresden's return process at their Nitzschechester, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $86.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antoinette D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I've received an email from Rowan Jackson at Design Bros Dresden offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The subscription box was clearly defective from the start.
