Refund refused by Pro Fabrication
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Pro Fabrication's equipment that I purchased on September 13, 1999 from your New Rafaelchester, Oregon store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Deontae V., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 24, 2025 05:47I'm updating my complaint because Pro Fabrication finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the router, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
