I want to report a serious concern with United Credit Planners's software that I purchased on December 15, 2024 from your Adalinefort, Idaho store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Turner E., but my issue remains unresolved.
