On April 14, 2022, I signed up for United Credit Planners's installation service at their New Maddison, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $390.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elaina P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
