I purchased a appliance from Elite Stay Florence on November 7, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Syble N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with John Jones from the Support Operations at Elite Stay Florence, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
