I purchased a gadget from Elite Stay Florence on May 19, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Josephine B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
