I have been a loyal customer of United & Associates Glasgow Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-9977-FVO-7248) on July 23, 2013, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
