I am writing regarding order #ORD-6934-ORA-9235 placed with Fiscal of Integrity Tampines on March 6, 1995. I paid $491.86 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jed U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Fiscal of Integrity Tampines has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
