Poor customer service experience with Fiscal of Integrity Tampines

On June 6, 1975, I signed up for Fiscal of Integrity Tampines's return process at their Barrowsside, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $220.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stacey D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
